Hard for me to tell the difference between the two versions. Only differentiator is Tommy harmonizing on the woah woah woah your charms verse.

Both versions play here. Lady 95 & the Wooden Nickel version

You would have to really be paying attention to tell the difference. Radio Stations only want to play the original cuts of songs for the most part. It's why Cover Albums are short lived and have no long term viability outside of core fans. Same reason why Walrus has disappeared from the air waves and why you have likely never heard anything off of Regurgetation 1 & 2.
