Yes, he was charged for simple assault/battery and later the case was dropped for lack of evidence. Essentially, they dropped the charges because she was outside the press area, reached out and touched Trump, and Lewandowski was reacting to a perceived threat.

Now, I saw several interviews with that reporter. She never made it seem like he "beat her to the ground". She reported it to police because she felt Lewandowski was too forceful and caused a physical injury. POLICE arrested him for assault. Attorney's dropped the case.

Seems to me that this is an example of everything working as it should....except for the FACT of YOU exaggerating what the reporter said. If she said he beat her to the ground, I'm sure you can provide a YouTube link of the interview. Because, it was not what I saw, and I do not believe it was ever exaggerated BY HER in that way.

Perhaps more detail needs to be given here. When the story broke the MSM was presenting a story that Trump's then campaign manager grabbed her and forced her to the ground. They also left out that she was breaking protocol for this type of event. It was only after Trump's staff released the security video of the event that the truth of what happened was reported.

Oh, please. YOU are leaving out the bit where Lewloo said he didn't touch her and Lyin' Donald Trump said the bruises may have already been there. Or, when Trump was saying she simply 'made it up'.
