Garbage left behind after yesterday's "Pride March" in Houston. So much for leftists being protectors of the environment.

Really? Why are you people so obtuse? There's no proof god exists, yet there are a quadrillion people who believe he does. A few religions based on his existence, and folks committing egregious crimes in his name.

We still don't know, for sure, who killed Kennedy, yet that was close to 54 years ago. It's not out of the realm of possibility to think that somebody could do something that may never see the light of day. I agree that it's hilarious to see the dems scrambling, and the repukes right there to call them out on shit. Again, I'm neither a dem, nor a liberal...honestly, I'm pretty apolitical. I'm content to just sit back with my popcorn, and watch the shit show.

No insurance company is going to offer any coverage that they can't make 20% on. NONE. It might even be 30%, but they don't offer coverage they will lose money on.

That is all people need to know to realize you do not have a clue on what you are talking about.

In a health insurance GROUP policy, they make a LOT of money on a healthy 20yr old. They may LOSE money on a 70yr old with health problems. THAT is why it is a group policy, so everybody pays less. The 20yr old has his policy "just in case..." and it drives the price down for everybody. The 70yr old is no longer such a risk of breaking the policy.

This is the reason for two things in ObamaCare that people who do not understand insurance do not like. 1 - mandatory coverage. The more people who are covered the cheaper insurance is over-all for everybody. 2 - no separate "pool" for older "riskier" people. When there is a balance between younger and older people, there is no need for a separate pool. And, the older people will pay a LOT more for insurance if they are pulled out.

Cost of service is a totally different issue. No HOSPITAL is going to offer a service they are going to lose money on. I have no idea what their gross margin is on various services. What I do know is that people who do not have insurance demand services they can't pay for, it drives the cost up for everybody...because everybody else will pay for those who get care but refuse to pay.

How many people does CNN have to axe for lying after they were caught before your PEA SIZED brain can wrap around the fact you were fed bullshit? Speaking of bullshit," Again, I'm neither a dem, nor a liberal...honestly, I'm pretty apolitical. " then "repukes". What is it about liberals that they have to lie, and do it poorly, about everything? Of course if I were a Democrat, I'd be ashamed to admit it too.

Well...I seem to be smart enough to know that PEA-SIZED is a hyphenated word.

Ok, now the Russian, most of which of the pathetic links, I did not read.

The dosier: I have never posted here with the dosier was fact and Trump was going down because of it. I have said, repeatedly, that the NSA overheard Trump people while monitoring Russians. They turned this over to the FBI to investigate. BUT, most of that investigation is CLASSIFIED. So, if you want to know what damning evidence may be there you will need to demand an independent and public investigation. But, no Republican is going to demand that.

As for CNN: Like I've said, at least they take responsibility when they are wrong or misleading, unlike other outlets who are wrong and misleading to intentionaly direct peoples people's opinion and drive their ratings.

What I am gathering from eveything is that Flynn is talking to the FBI to stay out of jail...and now babyface Kushner is about to go down next. You guys keep saying there is nothing there and mocking it. I doubt either Flynn or Kushner agree with you.

Jeesh. The reading comprehension here is juvenile. Flynn was the first...he's just making a deal with the FBI to save his ass. Which, in turn, means Kushner would be NEXT.

I'm sorry. I must have missed where Flynn went down. I know he was let go for not being completely forthright with the VP, but I would not consider that going down. You suggest he's saving himself with the FBI, but I've seen no proof of that. Is that more of those unnamed sources, or can you actually back this up?

If we went by everything in the media, imagine all the crimes that must have been committed. And yet to a person everyone asked has said there is zero proof. They didn't say oh, I cannot comment right now. They said they have seen zero proof of collusion - even those that have seen the classified info have said no, nothing yet.

My reading comprehension is just fine. In fact, I know how to spot bullshit news when I read it. I've been calling the Russia stuff a hoax from day one. And look at where we are - it's very much coming to light that it's all just BS. Dem sources. Anonymous sources. One reporter quoting another. CNN producers saying it's correct that Trump calls this a witch hunt, but for the sake of ratings we must keep going - per the CEO of the company.

To this day - neither you nor I have seen anything that remotely even touches the very tips of collusion. It was a made up story from day one.

And now you offer a claim - Flynn is squealing like a songbird - without ANY links. Not even pathetic ones. Flynn's son, Mike Jr, is pretty prolific on social media and openly laughs at such claims. The Russia-collusion hoax is the Democratic Party's new religion.

Folks, the above is Monker devising his back-up plan. When the whole Russia collusion thing adds up to less than an entire season of Finding Bigfoot (or Curse of Oak Island), his excuse will be - "Well uhh Trump was guilty but since it was classified and the GOP runs the government it was never exposed!"

The Democrats are beginning to sound like Area 51 museum tour guides. LMAO!

To be fair to Van - and i have not watched him so maybe I am wrong - but he was speaking out against the Russian thing, as far as wall to wall to wall to wall coverage - long ago. He rightly said the Dems had better focus back on the working man, the poor, etc. if they have hopes of winning again.

I assume everyone knows the Russia thing is BS. Even those that want to pretend it could be something. I can't imagine anyone really thinking something is there.

With the current stream of stories about CNN's fabricated news, it has reminded me about Dennis DeYoung's song "Turn Off CNN" from his last album One Hundred Years from now. Maybe it should be used as bumper music for these reports.

TURN OFF CNN

Push

When you wake up in the morning
Do you watch CNN?
Oh, do you close your eyes and hold your breath
Then say an Amen?

'cause there's too much information
Runnin' round in your brain
Do we really need to know the facts
Of everyone's pain?

Still you're searchin' for some reason
At the scene of the crime
With people killing people
Everywhere all the time

But then you go about your merry way
'cause baby you're still alive
Wondering all the time in the back of your mind
How will this world survive?

And nobody knows nothin'
Nobody ever did
Well we can talk real loud and act real smart
But who we tryin' to kid

'cause everybody is an expert
When they're bloggin' the news
Oh, Genius after genius
Without any clues

Twenty four hours, seven days a week
Disasters multiply
Staring at the tube, you can barely speak
It makes you wanna cry

Turn off CNN
T-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN

You've got your foreign wars and your global warming
A terror plot or two
Everywhere you look there's a virus forming
By the way your rent is due

Turn off CNN
T-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-t-turn it off baby
gimme that remote
TURN IT OFF!

Glenn, in true McCarthyite fashion, (back when the GOPers were the ones acting like neo McCarthyites), exposed Van Jones as having signed a 9/11 truth statement. The statement asked whether the Bush admin had advance knowledge of the attacks - really not that far fetched if you know history. As a result, Van Jones had to resign. I don't like Van Jones but what Beck did was cheap and lazy. Does this country remember that we had MULTIPLE investigations into the JFK assassination, not just the Warren one? When did we become so afraid of the truth? When did asking questions become an anathema?

I used to listen to him in Philly PA before he went syndicated. It seemed to me he was more level headed back then. I thought some of his books were good like the one about gun control. It seems to me he really went off the wall when he was let go from FOX and started his own network.

Same here. Yes, as his fame grew his messianic complex grew. The show because almost quas-religious and he started to lose stations. Some episodes I would tune in and he would be explaining messages he personally received from the Lord etc. But make no mistake, even in his more grounded Philly (or Florida) days, there were traces of the madness.

Fact Finder wrote:The vice chairman of President Trump’s commission on election integrity sent a letter to all 50 states Wednesday requesting information on their voter rolls.

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach is seeking several pieces of information about voters, including their names, birthdays, the last four digits of their Social Security numbers and their voting history dating back to 2006.

The letter, sent to the secretaries of state of all 50 states and obtained by The Hill, directs states to turn over “publicly-available voter roll data including, if publicly available under the laws of your state, the full first and last names of all registrants, middle names or initials if available, addresses, dates of birth, political party (if recorded in your state), last four digits of social security number if available, [and] voter history from 2006 onward.”

Kobach’s letter asks states to respond to a list of questions about voting in their states, inquiring about “law, policies or other issues hinder your ability to ensure the integrity of elections you administer.” He also asks for information about “convictions for election -related crimes” since the November 2000 presidential election.

I'm not sure I like this. I'm all for making sure our voting systems are on the up and up, but this kind of database would be a dream for many people. Having all that information in one place is scary. I think a better option would be for each state to prepare their own lists and have members of this commission visit each state and bring back only metadata about their findings. To me, even if the goal is just, this is the overreach that I am personally sick of and worried about.

Yeah, well, given his latest Tweets and the state of his presidency, I think this is a better song:

TURN OFF CNN

Push

When you wake up in the morning
Do you watch CNN?
Oh, do you close your eyes and hold your breath
Then say an Amen?

'cause there's too much information
Runnin' round in your brain
Do we really need to know the facts
Of everyone's pain?

Still you're searchin' for some reason
At the scene of the crime
With people killing people
Everywhere all the time

But then you go about your merry way
'cause baby you're still alive
Wondering all the time in the back of your mind
How will this world survive?

And nobody knows nothin'
Nobody ever did
Well we can talk real loud and act real smart
But who we tryin' to kid

'cause everybody is an expert
When they're bloggin' the news
Oh, Genius after genius
Without any clues

Twenty four hours, seven days a week
Disasters multiply
Staring at the tube, you can barely speak
It makes you wanna cry

Turn off CNN
T-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN

You've got your foreign wars and your global warming
A terror plot or two
Everywhere you look there's a virus forming
By the way your rent is due

Turn off CNN
T-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-t-turn it off
Turn off CNN
T-t-t-turn it off baby
gimme that remote
TURN IT OFF!
