TotoStu, if for some reason you end up not being be able to obtain a copy in the UK, let me know as I will be traveling the UK in two months and I can bring one with me for you.

That's extremely kind of you my friend. But I'm sure I'll be able to get a copy somehow. I can just get it straight off the Toto website if there are any problems with Amazon, I'm sure!
