New Steve Porcaro Solo Album

Steve Porcaro is releasing his second solo album, The Very Day, in October. So far two singles have been released: Miss Jane Sinclair and Changes.
With it's percussion, synth, and horns, Changes is the most immediate and TOTO-adjacent sounding of the two released tracks. Apparently it was intended for Michael Jackson.

Another new single has been released. With some slight reworking, I could hear this breezy track sitting comfortable on a TOTO album. The background vocals almost sound like Joe.

With Jude Cole of The Records singing! For those who aren't familiar - great power-pop/new wave band from the 80s. Great combo. Love the work Steve has been putting out there since retiring from the road. Fantastic!
