In 1980 when Styx won the "Song of the Year" for the song "Babe" at the People's Choice Awards. Who was the presenter, his name and the tv show he was from at the time. And, which members of Styx were present to receive the award?

I love trivia. LOL.

Rick(y) Schroeder presented it to the band. He was on Silver Spoons at the time. Now here is where I'm guessing. I believe the only band members who attended were Dennis, John P. and Chuck. I could be wrong about this part though.

Didn't Ricky call Styx "stikes"? I think when Dennis, John and Chuck came up to receive the award, all Dennis said was "thank you". I'm hoping I receive a copy of the tape soon to see what went on. I do remember watching it, but I can't remember everything else :wink:

Chuck said the cover of Equinox represented the melting away of the band's less then perfect relationship with Wooden Nickel.
