Styx Tour Shirts

Postby SuiteMadameBlue » Sun Jul 11, 2004 1:07 am

When I was at Summerfest I checked out the Carrot Styx merchandise. Did anyone see the new tour t-shirts? There's a shirt with just Tommy and JY on it. What's up with that? I kind of feel bad for the other guys in the band, especially for Chuck, even though he's semi-retired. Are they saying that Tommy and Jimmy ARE Styx? I never seen this with any other band where they have shirts with just a couple of the band members.

Yes, I know they had other shirts, I thought I'd bring this one up.

That way the shirts won't go out of style when they change members yet again.

Unless, of course, either Tommy or JY gets kicked out, excuse me, "leaves" and Styx "carries on" in yet another grouping.

If froy will send me a picture of him, I'll make him a cafe press shirt and we can all buy it :)

Will that be good enough NH?

Froy, please forgive me in advance, but seems to me the perfect " Froy shirt" would be a full body shot with a carrot sticking out of a slightly opened zipper and a caption something like "Chew on this carrot J.Y. !"

again, apologies for my ( no pun intended ) "bad taste"..........

Classic...

groaning. I can see your point, but....

Oh and one of the JY/TS shirts has made it's way to eBay. I have to tell you, to ME it looks like a Spinal Tap moment...no offense, but to me it's really arrogant.
