Now, THAT"S MORE LIKE IT !!! and I sure hope if Dennis comes to my neck of the woods he brings Mr Waite with him !

Interesting though......with his past work with Ricky P, I half expected to see him on a bill with Styx before he's be on a bill with DDY.

I thought I read that somewhere myself. Guess it didn't work out.

BTW, Dennis is doing another pledge drive appearance in St. Louis on Monday night (9/13). In case anyone is in that area and might be interested. The ones I have seen him do are always high energy and hilarious.

I would really like to see this show! And he is definitely performing "Pieces of Eight." It says it right there in the promo for this show.

Didn't Waite open a few shows for Styx a couple of summers ago? I keep thinking he did the last time they played Lincoln, but my memory's a little foggy . . .

Yes Ek88, Styx, John Waite and Kansas played in 2003. Also in 2002 for the "Rock To The Rescue" shows. There were probably more shows before those years too.

After reading his site he is or was managed by Charlie Brusco (2002), the same manager for Styx. Weird how everything goes in circles.

John Waite and Kansas opened for STYX on their tour in the winter of 2003. It was just as Cyclorama was being released. So this was before Ricky Phillips joined the band. The tour was originally scheduled to continue throughout the year. But The Main Event with Journey and REO turned out to be a better deal.

There is a great! triple cd of the show in Green Bay with STYX, Kansas and Waite floating around.
