As I watch the Packers continue to shellack the Cowboys, I feel unnaturally compelled to post here at the Styx forum and sing the praises of Favre and company. I am in complete awe of the magnificence of the Pack's offense, and am having serious thoughts about contacting classicstyxfan regarding hooking me up with a cheesehead. The only question in my mind is how many more times Green Bay will score before I'm done typing this post :D My hat's off to the Pack . . . nothing has changed since the Ice Bowl :D

Thank Goodness the Packers slammed the Cowboys!!!!!!!

Obviously most of you know I'm a total Cheesehead - you know who you are LOL !!! I have my Cheesehead and all my Packer gear for game days.

I just need the Packers to have a better record than da Bears, that's all I care about this season.

NOOOOOOO

Green Bay plays IN WASHINGTON next week? The Week before the Election?!?!

I'm a huge packer fan,.... but I'm pulling for the skins.

Throughout the NFL history, when the Redskins win their last home game before the election, the incumbant president wins re-election.

When the Redskins lose... the challenger wins.

Look it up.

HAIL TO THE REDSKINS (for this week at least)

Well Ash, you ARE a self professed Packer fan, so you can't be ALL bad  just a little misguided

I wonder how the Boys in the Band will be voting ? do you suppose they have built their net worths up enough to be Republicans in good standing :?:

I know they all met the 40th President some years ago, and seemed to like him

In all seriousness, I am very glad to live in a country where we can disagree, and not worry about having our door busted down in the middle of the night !

double posting bastard :-D Joke

I like living in a country where I can make up my own mind and not be spoon fed a bunch of bullshit from some know nothing rock star like Bruce Springsteen or the guys in Green Day. Dennis said it right when he said that no group of people were more full of shit than rock stars.

People judge your intelligence based on what you believe and what you think. When you appreciate someone for work they've created such as art or music and then they spew some nonsense that you cannot agree with then it can't help but diminish the view of the artist in the eyes of some of their fans.

BTW - I think Tommy is a pinko. He was a big Clintonesta. Chewbacca did write "Eddie" which was a song about the more conservative senator from Massachusettes, so perhaps there's hope for him afterall.

At the end of the day I don't give a flying crap who you are... I go to a concert and buy your records not because of some deep political belief you have toward a candidate, but I want to hear you fucking sing. And I don't care which side you're on. I hated that about Ted Nugent too. Spewing his bilge love for Bush..... now I like George W... but for God's sake thats not why I buy a ticket... if I want a political rally, then I'll go to a political rally. If I wanna hear you sing "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang" then shove the politics up your ass and sing me a song.

Thanks.
