How about a nice chilled glass of wine barkeep? Show me where the jukebox is and lets all have some fun. Been very busy myself. I think work is a dirty four letter word. Oh, Martha, my work must be close to hell too. Cuz it is hot, hot, hot here. Pull up a chair and have a glass of wine my friend.

Hi everybody!

How are you doin'? Are you out there? Are You Ready? Ready To Rock?

There's a pre summer fest here in town this weekend, lots of people around and a carnival kind of thing going on. However, I will resort to Chinatown for drinks and melodic ( Chinese ) rock!

l haven't heard the Soul Sirkus album yet, perhaps not my cuo of tea but I will have to check it out.

Well, I still have trouble getting into their album... This must be one of those bands who come across live better than on CD. Live they were very entertaining! :D

The schmoozing started after we had already left... apparently the band came out to the bar to have a drink and a chat with the audience. :(
I only managed to give Marco Mendoza a quick hug, thank him for the concert and kiss him goodnight. Next time Snakey and I are going to bring him cigars! He seems to like them!

No, the highlight for me was when Neil Schon played a couple of bars from Don't Stop Believing! :P

Well, people its Friday. How about another glass of wine and a little dance music. Jethro Tull should be touring here soon. They have announced the presales stuff. I think I am going to take my son. Tho he would rather see Britney  Well maybe she will be mostly clothed. :? Anyhow, hope we all had a fantastic day. Tho mine is just getting started. Will be back to see how things pan out on a friday night on the other side of the world. Take care all. Have a great time.

Thanks Margret. It has been a great day for me. Day off work, the sun is shining, and it is not that cold today!

Isn't Britney pregnant and wanting to become a housewife or something? :?

You know. I heard something to that effect. She may very well be pregnant. But that is who he wants to see. Or Carmen Electra. Personally, I would rather watch Marco Mendoza any day. lol Still at 15 he is old enough to make some choices on his own. He has to be allowed to grow up. Not that I like it. Still he is a intelligent young man. I can only guide him now. He needs to learn to make decisions and deal with consequences. It's my job as a mom to let him learn to be responsible. God I hate it. Anyhow, if she is pregnant maybe he wont be so het up to see her. Hee hee hee.

Speaking of Carmen Electra...Kylie just bought two of her strip tease exercise dvds.
I watched a bit of one of them...that Carmen is a talented young lass...i have decided to reserve a spot on my dick for her....although i fear that might leave me with a few more spots on my dick a few days after.

I don't really dig Soul Sirkus that much...but i'm going too see Virgil Donati's band next month...he is THE drum god.

I've never even heard Soul Sirkus. Maybe one day. There's a new Aussie band called Zinc that I heard the other day. They sounded ok. Probably something my kids would like more than me, but they were melodic. :D

I didn't hear that, but he did make some strange noises!

Bobbi is away for the weekend with a couple of friends. They wanted to rehearse some music together... Well, that's what he said, but no doubt there will be some drinking involved too... for inspiration and all!

Anyway, I had decided that this was an excellent opportunity to rearrange the furniture and clear some space for an extra CDrack, because we've run out on space completely. It is more difficult than I expected... the CD racks are in place now, but the stuff that I had to take out of the living room for them still needs to be stored somewhere... And I've already injured myself. One of the glass doors of a cabinet broke when I moved it and when I went to pick up the pieces, I cut my finger. :(

I'm going to drink to get some inspiration too, and see if I can then think of something to store all our stuff!

The hall is full with boxes and garbagebags of things I'm going to throw out. And its in my best interest to keep the hall empty... It won't be the first time that I bump my toe against something that is in my path. ;)
