Could be worse. It is over 39 degrees celsius here already. Too freaking hot. Still, at least we can get out in the mornings and evenings. I got to take Jess to the airport on saturday. Going to visit the biological donor for a month. He is stoked. Hope he dont get his hopes dashed. Now all I need is more concert dates. So I can spend money....lol.

What's the weather right now? MORE RAIN!!!. I'm so friggin' sick of the rain!

In May alone, we've had only 3 days of sun. All the other days were either overcast or rain. This is usually our typical April weather. Why is everything a month late?

All I know is that its going to get hotter before all is said and done here. It gets up to 40 + here in late July and August. Still, could be worse. My roses havent died. Heres to a great day. And Martha, you are right. If Jess gets hurt I will always be there. I just wish his biological would be more sensitive to what a growing boy needs. He is a jerk. Last year hee swiped the money out of the wifes wallet and bought lunch for himself and let his wife and all the kids be hungry for two days because that was the grocery money he spent. So Jess always takes cash with him. Thanks to Jess they had something. Maybe not much but something to eat. Crying shame a grown man thinks of himself only. Take care all.

Thanks Martha, thing is, I cant find it in my heart to be mean to his other kids or their mother. Its not them. His wife is a victim too. I feel badly for them because he is so selfish. That is part of why we are no longer married. That is why I made it a point to be sure Jess has money when he goes. He loves his little brothers and sister. So, if it makes him happy to want to feed and take care of them while he is there. So be it. They are cute little devils. I took pictures he had of them and scanned them into 8 X 10 pictures and bought him frames. So, it is a thing of being able to give, even if I dont see eye to eye with his biological. Dont want everyone to think I am just hating on biological. Wish we could all just get along for the kids sake if nothing else. Take care.

Guess what the people from the office building next to where I work did yesterday afternoon... I got so hungry from that smell!

I'm going to the swimming pool today. Must enjoy this weather while it lasts, on Monday we're supposedly back to 16. :(

Nothing much... I think we're going to have a couple of drinks outside tonight, as long as it doesn't get as cold as last night. And tomorrow back to the swimming pool! Too bad it's still too cold at the beach. The seabreeze is chilly and the water is even chillier. At least the water in the swimming pool was heated... to 20 degrees! Brrr!

20 degrees sound cold, you'll have to visit a sauna! I haven't really got any plans for tonight except for a guest appearance at Tom's Bar. I'll probably practice a few chops, bring the guitar and have a couple of beers with the boys!

Sounds like a good night you're going to have Thomasha.

I haven't heard it. I've never been too much a fan of them. There was that song that was a single, with the Led Zeppelin riff. That sounded okay, but nothing more than that. Is this new song similar to that?

I enjoyed it at the swimming pool very much. Read a little, swam a bit, listened to music. Very relaxing. My skin is developing a slight red glow now though... Hope it won't get too red!

Have fun at the party! :D

I only listen to the radio in the car... tuned to a classic rock station, I'm not sure they would play it.

Thanks for the link! It won't convince me to buy their album though. The song sounds a little too nu-breedish for my taste. :(

I have already used the after sun lotion, and I've bought a cucumber just in case it gets worse.

Enjoy your dinner!

Oh I didn't think so......I really think it is more into a classic sort of feel. But I would have to hear a lot more before I thought about buying the album.....

A cucumber??
I hardly think that will help......though I suppose it could take your mind off the burn!!
