The HELL is taking so long for it? Sullivan's been talking about this for years.
My favorite was his web note saying "no more months between updates" immediately bweing followed by about a 6-month silence.

Well let's just hope it's worth the wait, when a new record is finally released.

Mamos: I hope so. wITHOUT pETERIk it could be a crapshot. But for some reason, I'm pretty optimistic. They have to be pretty tight these last few years. Plenty of touring, lots of time to write.

I don't see the band update. What did it say?

that was the sad point...six years ago and it reads with the same exact false hope and concurrent let down!

I am not part of the music industry. I don't claim do know the inner workings. I just try to use common sense when approaching issues that I am not familiar with. In the case of Survivor, someone please explain to me what is the friggin point of the dog and pony show? What is the point in endless postings promising new music? What is the point in putting videos up of recording new music? What is the point of putting samples on line of new music? What is the point of doing all of these things if the music doesn't see the light of day? Absolutely baffling. I trust fs has his reasons, but I believe those reasons should be shared with fans. I really do.

Slander I equate your post with the fall of Atlanta as related to the South in the Civil War....All hope must be lost!

But seriously, it's amazing...i just don't get it...and it's so hard to remain excited...I really miss everyone in hear chatting (even fighting) about it, but we are completely now an engine without oil....
