There you have it.. I knew I couldn't trust her or her side of the story.. there was something in her whole presentation of the tapes that were suspect. She is not untouchable. And if anyone still thinks she is untouchable, I have some beachfront property to sell you in the desert!

I agree with BJG.... if this happened in January.... why wait and report it NOW? When shite like that happens.. REPORT IT when it happens. Just the fact that she waited 7 months is suspect to me. When I was physically abused, I reported it right away.

And her son is going to be interviewed by Child Services. I just hope she hasn't put shite in his head about this whole thing.. (I think she has... but it will be up to Child Services to figure that out.) Now I am waiting to hear if she gets arrested for not taking her children out of harm's way.. ( yes, that can happen. If there is domestic abuse in the home, and children are present, and they are not taken out of the home, both parties can be arrested. One party will be arrested for domestic violence, the other for failure to take children out of a dangerous situation.)

It is interesting that she allegedly tried to extort 10 million to keep the tapes private.. Hmmmm...now her alleged true self comes forth...

I am not giving Mel a pass on what he did either... what he did was wrong... whether it was the mental or alleged physical abuse. It was wrong!

One more thing, why didn't the Doctor who saw her report it to the police? He is, by law, obligated to report any domestic violence injuries to the police. Something is definitely rotten in the state of Denmark!

It just amazes me how people will wait until they hear ANYTHING that is even remotely negative about his ex, and suddenly presume his innocence.

How anyone could listen to those tapes and think he's stable is beyond me. Trust me, he will lose custody of that child. Supervised visitation would not surprise me. The man is crazy. Nothing she could have said or done can justify his domestic abuse or his threats to harm and murder her. NOTHING.

No one here is saying that Mel is innocent, 7, but the credibility of the "victim" is called into question. I am questioning her credibility. Waiting 7 months to say that she has been mentally and physically abused by Mel... when she should of called her local law enforcement to document it immediately after it happened smells fishy to me.. and if there were any subsequent altercations after the January one, those should of been called in and those incidents would of been recorded too by law enforcement, which would give her the documentation she needed for going to court. And law enforcement would of taken photos as well of any and all injuries. And the visit to the hospital, the Doctor who attended to her should of called it in back in January. By law, Doctors are supposed to report any domestic injuries to law enforcement.

The surfacing of the tapes is her way of trying to get the upper hand in this... and it will backfire on her, if it hasn't already. 7, she isn't innocent, not by a long shot.

Mel isn't innocent either. He is guilty too. Both need to have some sort of counseling and Mel possibly needs some rehab to boot.

And as for the custody of the child... I say neither one should have it if I want to go there. We don't know how the mother really is with the child.

If she allegedly had the balls to try and extort money out of Mel for not releasing the tapes, then she has the balls to call law enforcement. I am not buying that act. Russian ladies are particularly strong women, and devious ones as well ( and yes... I am singling her out... but there are lots of women in the world who are strong and devious as well.) Trust me, she isn't stupid... although reporting a domestic injury 7 months late is stupid. She knows what she is doing to get that almighty dollar out of Mel... and to bring him down with his own words. If she was fearful of her well being, and that of the children... she would of gotten out of there... And by staying there...in that situation with Mel, SHE could be arrested just for putting the children into that dangerous situation.

It looks to me like she probably had a crown, veneers, or some other kind of cosmetic dentistry. The two teeth are definitely not the same. Now, that doesn't mean she wasn't hit in the mouth by Mel. I have no answer the to chip on the top right front tooth. And maybe he hit her so hard that it knocked the veneer off, who knows. But, if that were the case, I would think there would be evidence of that on her big inflated lips, which I don't see.

She did have veneers, and that's what was actually damaged -- one came off and one was broken in half according to what I read. There's been suspicion she caused the injury herself because she didn't seem to have the additional mouth trauma (busted lips, gums, etc.) that should come from being struck like that.
