Will be the same old crap that always roll out in these UK charity bashes, a motley collection of sad old queens and leftovers from that overrated 60s boyband. Better to stick with Larry and the boys, the party starts in 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Typical Darren... unable to distinguish significant members of the band from insignificant members, a la Larry Gowan.

A point that is most often lost on Carrot Styx lovers who delude themselves into thinking these are the glory days of Styx.

I think most people here would agree that Styx' glory days are behind them (even if the 1998 ousting never took place), but I could be wrong. Even if we could somehow magically put the classic lineup together on stage (with a couple of hit singles to boot), I would still doubt that they could replicate their past success.
Us fans who support this lineup are realists. We appreciate the past lineups and we appreciate the present lineup. No one is dillusional about where the current lineup is compared to the glory days. We just like what is being put out musically today and have put the politics of the band aside.
